1. Alfa Romeo Service Plan (“Service Plan”) is applicable to Alfa MiTo and Giulietta models registered between 1 October and 31st December 2011.
2. The Service Plan covers the cost of parts, lubricants and labour required as part of the manufacturer’s scheduled servicing until the expiry of 5 years or the vehicle has travelled 50,000 miles whichever occurs first.
3. The following are not included in the Service Plan: a) Items which require replacement or repair due to wear and tear or misuse; and b) Oil and filter changes recommended for vehicles with an annual mileage of less than 6,000 miles.
4. The Service Plan comprises the following scheduled services:
a) for petrol models; the services due at the earlier of 18,000 miles or 2 years and the earlier of 36,000 miles or 4 years; with the exception of the 1750 TBi for which services are due at the earlier of 21,000 miles or 2 years and the earlier of 42,000 miles or 4 years.
b) for diesel models;
(i) the services due at the earlier of 21,000 miles or 2 years and at the earlier of 4 years or 42,000 miles; and
(ii) the first two oil and filter changes. (Note: The oil and filter changes are dependent on driving style and are triggered by an on board warning light).
5. To claim your complimentary servicing, you will need to bring your vehicle to an authorised Alfa Romeo dealer and present the Service Plan membership card which will be sent to you following purchase of your vehicle. It is a condition of the Service Plan that the scheduled servicing (referred to in condition 4 a) and b) above) is carried out in accordance with Alfa Romeo’s time and mileage recommendations.
6. The Service Plan is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle but is not transferable to another vehicle.
7. The Service Plan can be used in conjunction with PCP, HP, APP or a cash purchase. This 5 years complimentary servicing is only applicable to retail sales only.
